Standard Shipping (no insurance):

International	10-14 business days	$15CND or **Free for orders more then $200CND

**International Orders heavier then 0.5kg will be charged $20CND shipping fee.

Traceable shipping (with insurance):

NOTE: We can arrange any other way of shipping if requested. The customer covers shipping charges. Shipping is charged to customer's credit card directly.

Ultimate Spa is not responsible for lost packages in the mail when customer chooses Standard Shipping.

Privacy and Security

All the customer information and credit cards info. are transferred securely using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). Information left on Ultimate Spa website are not traded, shared with any organizations. It is strictly confidential.

Prices

Our prices are in Canadian Dollars. All listed prices could be changed without notice. We have Currency conversion tool that you can use to approximate you cost of the products in your currency. The actual payment conversion is done by your credit card company and will be displayed on you credit card bill.

Returns/Cancellations

We except returns during first three weeks from the date of purchase. We only process returns if the product are unopened/unused and are shipped back to us in it's original packaging. Returns and order cancellations are subject to 15% restocking fee and our shipping cost return. This amount will be deducted from your credit card refund payment.

Duties/Taxes

There are no duties, taxes or any additional charges for orders shipped to United States. International customers from outside of North America will be responsible for payments of any applicable duties in there own country.
